**Job Overview:**
We're looking for a customer-focused and results-driven individual to join our team. No prior experience is required, as we provide thorough training to help you excel in this role. Your schedule will include:
* Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 3:00 pm - 5:30 pm
* Saturday: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
In this role, you'll:
* Greet customers with a smile and a positive attitude, ensuring an exceptional experience
* Provide accurate information about our services and pricing, addressing customer inquiries and concerns
* Handle customer questions and complaints with patience, professionalism, and empathy
* Process orders efficiently and accurately, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail
* Maintain a clean and organized work area, contributing to a safe and productive environment
* Perform other duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn
