**Responsibilities**
As an Advanced Analytics & Optimization Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing advanced statistical models and data mining techniques to drive business insights and inform strategic decision-making. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Developing Marketing Mix Models for various business initiatives
* Transforming version outcomes into actionable insights to inform business decisions
* Developing and delivering insightful analytic displays to key stakeholders
* Building and maintaining advanced statistical models for business problems and opportunities
* Performing exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden insights and trends
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions
**Basic Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Minimum 2 years of experience with diverse analytic, data mining, and machine learning methodologies, including multivariate regression, combined models, clustering, time series regression, and forecasting
* Proficiency in R or Python for data mining and analysis
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize and present complex analytics to senior leadership
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we're looking for candidates with:
* High scalability with the use of R or Python for data mining
* Prior work experience in a media or analytics consulting firm
* Knowledge of marketing or media blend modeling
* Expertise in advanced data mining and statistical methodologies
* Experience with SQL and relational databases
**Required Education**
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
* Master's degree or equivalent in statistics, mathematics, economics, data mining, computer science, engineering, or operations research
**Preferred Education**
While not required, we're looking for candidates with:
* Ph.D. or equivalent in statistics, mathematics, economics, data mining, computer science, engineering, or operations research
