Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Advanced Analytics and AI Solutions expert to join our team in Chicago. As a key member of our Advanced Innovation group, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale analytics solutions that drive business value. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business problems, develop predictive models, and implement solutions that drive significant top-line contributions. Key Responsibilities Develop and Implement Analytics Solutions: Design and implement analytics solutions to address complex business problems using advanced statistical techniques, machine learning, and data visualization. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with stakeholders to understand business needs, identify opportunities, and develop solutions that drive business value. Data Analysis and Modeling: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, and develop predictive models to drive business insights. Solution Development and Deployment: Develop and deploy analytics solutions using programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL. Communication and Storytelling: Communicate complex analytics insights and results to non-technical stakeholders through clear and compelling storytelling. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with the latest advancements in analytics, AI, and machine learning, and apply this knowledge to drive business innovation. Requirements Essential Qualifications Education: Postgraduate education (PhD or ABD) in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, or engineering. Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL, and experience with data analysis and modeling tools such as SAS, SPSS, or Minitab. Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles and practices, with the ability to communicate complex analytics insights to non-technical stakeholders. Collaboration and Teamwork: Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Minor in Computer Science: A minor in computer science or formal advanced computer science coursework. Professional Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in an analytics or related field. Airline Industry Experience: Experience working in the airline industry or a related field. Programming Skills: Experience with programming languages such as Julia, C++, or Java. Data Science Tools: Familiarity with data science tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
