Perform high-volume data entry work, including typing, faxing, and operating data entry devices
Complete clerical functions or data entry tasks, including maintaining data entry requirements and following data program techniques
Delete data entry errors and enter corrections, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
Maintain data entry requirements by following established procedures and guidelines
Train new data entry employees on computer systems and data entry procedures
Perform daily audits and data entry corrections, ensuring timely and accurate data entry and file management
Operate data entry devices to perform a variety of keypunching, data entry, and verification duties
Establish and maintain data entry records for each client, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Review and verify data prior to entry, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
Experience in clerical work and general office duties, including data entry and administrative support
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and WordPerfect, with the ability to learn new software applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients
