Provide administrative support to the data entry function, including typing, faxing, and other clerical duties
Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and ensuring timely data entry and file management
Operate data entry devices to perform keypunching, data entry, and verification duties
Review and verify data prior to entry, performing daily audits and data entry corrections as needed
Train new data entry employees on computer systems and established procedures
Perform routine clerical and data entry functions, including mail processing and reception duties
Ensure data entry errors are deleted and corrections are entered in a timely and accurate manner
Essential Qualifications

Experience with clerical work and general office duties, including data entry, mail processing, and reception
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and WordPerfect, or similar software applications
