**Job Summary:**

We're seeking an experienced Administrative & Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Sedalia, MO. As an Administrative Clerk, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization. Your responsibilities will include a variety of clerical, record-keeping, data entry, and customer service tasks. If you're detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and are proficient in computer software, we want to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Process presumptive eligibility and indexing
* Provide frontline clerical support, including answering the main phone line, opening and sorting mail, preparing outgoing mail, certified mail, scanning, and electronic faxing
* Process provider documentation and communicate with providers via email and phone
* Perform other duties as assigned
* Receive training on specialty software and data systems

**Supervisory Responsibilities:**

* None

**Required Skills & Abilities:**

* No specialized skills or certifications required
* Must have computer experience
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

**Physical Requirements:**

* Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
* Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

**Compensation:**

* We offer a competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience
