**Key Responsibilities**

As an Administrative Assistant/Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you'll play a vital role in supporting our team's administrative tasks and providing essential data entry support during tax season. Your responsibilities will include:

* Performing general administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and document management
* Providing data entry support during tax season, including some weekends
* Assisting with social media content creation and management to enhance our online presence
* Supporting marketing initiatives and client outreach to drive business growth
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity to meet regulatory requirements
* Providing exceptional customer service and communicating professionally with clients to build strong relationships

**Essential Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

* Proven experience in administrative work and data entry, with a minimum of 2 years of experience
* Familiarity with social media platforms and content management, including experience with creating and scheduling posts
* Marketing knowledge is a plus, but not required
* Dependable, accountable, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
