**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant/Data Entry Specialist to provide business support and strategy to our HR, Finance & Administration department. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing complex data, performing data entry, and providing administrative and basic accounting support. If you're a detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy individual with a passion for process improvement, we'd love to hear from you!

**Responsibilities**

As an Administrative Assistant/Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you'll have the opportunity to:

* Manage complex data and perform data entry, including QuickBooks, provider checks, and school district invoices
* Identify process improvement opportunities to increase business efficiency and profitability
* Manage accounts payable, including application of payments, contacting clients, and tracking the status of each account
* Maintain accounting and business contract records
* Categorize, sort, and manage incoming documents, client information files, and internal records
* Reconcile financial documents, such as bank statements and credit card statements
* Prepare and compile business reports and summaries on activity areas
* Manage communications with internal and external stakeholders

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* 1-2 years of experience in an HR role, business, office, or administrative support role
* Proficiency with QuickBooks
* Experience creating reports and managing large amounts of data/information
* Experience with payroll and accounts receivable/accounts payable
* Experience with process improvement and project management
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

* Experience working in a hybrid remote setting
* Familiarity with careerzynith's industry and services
* Certification in accounting or bookkeeping
* Experience with project management software and tools
