**Job Summary**

As an Administrative Assistant - Data Validation & Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data. You'll be responsible for closely reviewing data and source documents prior to data entry, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and maintaining the highest level of data quality. **Key Responsibilities**

* Review and validate data from various sources, including documents, spreadsheets, and databases
* Identify and resolve discrepancies, errors, and inconsistencies in data
* Enter data into our database management system with high accuracy and attention to detail
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and databases
* Develop and implement data validation procedures to ensure data quality and integrity
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues and improve data management processes
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to data management and administration

**Essential Qualifications**

* 2+ years of experience in data entry, data validation, or a related field
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
* Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Access
* Experience with database management systems, such as SQL or Oracle
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience with data validation software and tools
* Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
* Familiarity with cloud-based data management platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud
* Certification in data management, data analysis, or a related field
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
