We're seeking an exceptional Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team in the vibrant heart of Los Angeles. **Responsibilities:**

* **Field Inbound Communications:** Answer phone calls, respond to general email inquiries, and route communications to the appropriate internal parties as needed.
* **Coordinate Scheduling:** Set up meetings based on cross-functional availability for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
* **Organize Internal Resources:** Develop and maintain processes to keep files and office supplies organized, easily accessible, and up-to-date.
* **Liaise with Visitors:** Act as the primary point person for office guests, providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring a smooth experience.
* **Communicate Policies and Procedures:** Alert employees of new processes, rules, and regulations, ensuring a culture of transparency and compliance.
* **Facilitate Executive-Level Operations:** Book travel arrangements, submit expense reports, and send communications for high-level staff as needed, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and discretion.

**Requirements:**

* **Education:** High school diploma required; 1-2 years of experience as an administrative assistant, secretary, or receptionist preferred.
* **Skills and Qualities:**
+ Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
+ Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
+ Positive, high-energy attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

+ Familiarity with office equipment, including printers, fax machines, and projectors.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint.

+ Knowledge of calendar management tools and scheduling software.
