**Key Responsibilities**

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, both physical and digital
* Perform other administrative tasks as required, such as answering phones, taking messages, and making travel arrangements

**Essential Qualifications**

* 2+ years of experience in an administrative or data entry role
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems quickly

* Experience with data entry software and systems
