We strive to create a positive, supportive, and collaborative work environment that encourages our team members to grow and develop both personally and professionally. **About the Role** As an Adjunct Faculty Member - General Education Statistics & Quantitative Analysis, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in the classroom, online, and/or in the lab using a variety of teaching methods such as lectures and demonstrations and using audiovisual and technological aids to supplement the presentations. You will also be responsible for evaluating student performance, identifying and referring students who are "at risk" of not being successful, and providing ongoing student advisement and academic counseling. **Key Responsibilities** * Teach and mentor students in the classroom, online, and/or in the lab using a variety of teaching methods * Evaluate student performance and identify areas for improvement * Identify and refer students who are "at risk" of not being successful to the Student Success Coordinator * Provide ongoing student advisement and academic counseling * Grade tests and projects, maintain grade books, track attendance, and perform other administrative duties as needed * Administer oral, written, or performance tests to measure progress and to evaluate training effectiveness * Participate in ongoing conferences, seminars, and training sessions * Provide input and participate in academic committees formed for the purpose of enrichment of both the programs and students **Requirements** * Master's degree or higher in a related program of study from an accredited program recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) * A minimum of 15 credit hours or equivalent in the assigned subject area * A minimum of three years of work experience as an educator preferred * Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in English **What We Offer** * Competitive salary reflecting our commitment to attracting the best talent * Opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of our students * Collaborative and supportive work environment * Ongoing professional development and training opportunities * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options **How to Apply** If you are passionate about teaching and mentoring students in the field of statistics and quantitative analysis, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
