Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing risk management and reinsurance strategies, making recommendations for improvements as needed. Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to evaluate and model potential risks and losses. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to CAT risk management and reinsurance. Provide accurate and timely reports and presentations on risk management and reinsurance to senior leadership. Mentor and train junior team members on actuarial analysis and CAT risk management and reinsurance principles. Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to negotiate reinsurance contracts and manage relationships. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the risk management and reinsurance function. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to CAT risk management and reinsurance.
