About the Role As an Account Strategist for Mid-Market Sales and Customer Solutions at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of innovation for our customers, partners, and sellers. Your expertise in strategically assessing and achieving client success, combined with your ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy, will enable you to provide exceptional service to our clients. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless workflows and project completion, while developing and executing growth strategies that drive business results. Key Responsibilities Build and manage relationships with clients, developing a deep understanding of their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics. Work proactively and cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time to a high standard. Plan for, and achieve, growth goals through the presentation of arenaflex advertising products/solutions that will help clients meet their marketing objectives. Develop forward-thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, quantifying high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers. Build an in-depth knowledge of how arenaflex advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing goals. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media. Ability to travel 20% of the time. Preferred Qualifications Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, and competitive selling. Experience working with channel sales, advertisers, agencies, and/or clients. Expertise in launching and managing paid digital advertising campaigns, particularly in arenaflex Ads and other digital marketing platforms. Ability to manage and prioritize a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context, and ability to achieve goals to drive growth. Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $81,000-$119,000, bonus, equity, and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
