About the Role: Account Lowe's Programs Manager This is a remote position, and the ideal candidate will be based in either Pella, IA, or Charlotte, NC. As an Account Lowe's Programs Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing, selling, servicing, and maintaining retail accounts that are fundamental to our corporate growth objectives. You will work closely with the Lowe's Account Team and Director to lead and manage various initiatives, including new product roll-outs, pricing and program implementation, sales initiatives, retail promotions, display upgrades, logistics solutions, and daily problem resolution. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with Lowe's to drive key business fundamentals, including sales, share, and margin enhancements. Negotiate with retail account personnel to ensure objectives are met and account concerns are resolved. Communicate daily with key Business Associates, including Sr Merchant, Associate Merchant, Pro and Services Teams, and MST, to manage sales initiatives, customer program development, and resolve escalated customer service concerns. Support annual review of marketplace trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements in Lowe's competitive environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external customers to develop, manage, and drive account programs and projects. Manage Lowe's Field Sales Communication and Field Sales Manager calls. Partner with Lowe's team members to execute key projects intended to meet sales and profitability objectives, including negotiating programs with the account and providing internal support to accomplish projects on time and on budget. Drive strategic value through projects such as Omni-Channel, Pro/Contractor Business, and IHC Initiatives. Coordinate support activities from Pella to drive Sales, Share, and Margin at Retail account (Lowe's), ensuring various company disciplines work together to meet account performance standards. Essential Qualifications: To excel in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or university, with a preferred MBA. At least five years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Seasoned judgment, financial analysis, and strategic thinking abilities. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Cognos Query. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations. Strong mathematical skills, including probability, statistical inference, and geometry. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
