Job Summary We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to drive growth and market development in the 3P market in the USA. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing high-value debts that cozy new products, fee pricing, and comfort to our customers. Key Responsibilities Market Analysis and GTM Strategies : Conduct thorough market research to identify product selection gaps and execute GTM strategies to attract key marketplace players to join the e-commerce platform and maximize our products' selection facet and client base. Seller Acquisition and Onboarding : Identify, prospect, and obtain high-potential sellers to our platform via direct sales visits, events, and presentations. Seller Enablement and Support : Guide sellers through sharing best practices of online selling, including statistics-driven insights that help sellers achieve high requirements of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives. Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with and influence internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor problems. Primary Qualifications We're looking for a highly qualified and experienced professional with the following qualifications: Bachelor's Degree**: A bachelor's degree is required. Success in Sales**: 1-3 years of success in enterprise sales experience, preferably in the e-commerce, generation, retail, FMCG industries. Results-Driven**: Demonstrated achievement in exceeding income objectives using a consultative and solutions-focused process. Entrepreneurial Spirit**: Enjoy promoting nascent merchandise/offering into new markets is strongly favored. Strong Communication Skills**: Advanced communication and presentation skills, a robust working understanding of Excel and MS Office programs, an ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment, and a strong enthusiasm for success and winning. Commercial Acumen**: Remarkable commercial enterprise judgment with strong written and oral communication talents. Analytical Skills**: Advanced analytical skills and quantitative abilities. Complex Data Handling**: At ease with complex economic data. Polished communication skills – talking, writing, imparting, and negotiating. Leadership Skills**: Ability to think and lead in a high-energy, rapid-paced environment, cozy with "hands-on" management of responsibilities, and demonstrated potential to manage multiple, competing priorities concurrently. Preferred Qualifications We're looking for candidates with the following preferred qualifications: E-commerce Experience**: 2+ years of e-commerce experience is a plus. Purchaser Electronics Experience**: 3+ years of experience in the purchaser electronics quarter is a plus. Direct Sales Experience**: 3+ years of direct sales experience is a plus.
