**Roles and Responsibilities**

As an Account Manager Customer Success at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth, ensuring client satisfaction, and delivering exceptional results. Your key responsibilities will include:

* **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication, exceptional service, and proactive issue resolution.
* **Sales Management**: Identify new business opportunities, upsell and cross-sell products/services, and achieve sales targets to drive revenue growth.
* **Customer Success**: Ensure clients achieve their desired outcomes through our solutions, leading to high satisfaction and retention rates.
* **Account Strategy**: Develop strategic account plans to drive client success and business growth, aligning with careerzynith's overall goals and objectives.
* **Performance Tracking**: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and inform data-driven decisions.
* **Market Insights**: Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the eCommerce industry to provide informed recommendations to clients and drive business growth.
* **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience and achieve careerzynith's goals.

**Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* **Experience**: Minimum of 5+ years in an account management, sales, or customer success role within the eCommerce industry.
* **Education**: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
* **Industry Knowledge**: Strong understanding of the eCommerce landscape, including market trends, competitive dynamics, and key players.
* **Category Experience**: Prior experience in a category management role within an eCommerce company is highly preferred.
* **Sales Skills**: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
* **Customer Focus**: Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
* **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* **Flexibility**: Willingness to work the night shift to support international clients.
* **Tech Savvy**: Proficiency with CRM software, eCommerce platforms, and other relevant tools.
