As a 3rd shift remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of our company, providing top-notch support and assistance to our valued callers in ensuring customer satisfaction every step of the way. Our call center is open 7 days a week, and the candidate must be available to work a 5-day schedule from 8:00 pm - 5:00 am or 11:00 pm to 8:00 am.

Successful candidates must live in Florida, Indiana, North Carolina, Ohio, or South Carolina only and possess their own computer equipment identified below to ensure compatibility with arenaflex's software applications:

* Laptop or desktop computer
* Two monitors to allow for easy switching between multiple open apps
* Windows 10/11 Pro (not Home or Home S Mode)
* Processor - Intel Core i5, i7, etc. Celeron processors are not recommended
* 8GB Memory / RAM
* Hard Drive Size - Minimum 128GB
* Wired Ethernet connection - wireless connections via WiFi, no Hotspot or 5G
* Internet Speed - Wired internet speed from internet provider needs to be 100 mbps
* Chromebooks and Macs are not acceptable or compatible

**Your Skills**

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Previous call center customer service experience
* High school diploma or equivalent

**Essential Qualifications**

* 1-2 years of experience in a call center customer service role
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
