We are seeking highly motivated and skilled Exercise Science graduates, licensed massage therapists, physical therapy assistants, certified personal trainers, and other fitness professionals to join our team of Flexologists in Eagle, ID. As a leader in the health and wellness industry, StretchLab offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in assisted stretching and empower clients to "Live Long". Our comprehensive Flexologist Training Program, nationally accredited and developed by the world's leading authority on stretching and flexibility, will equip you with the skills to deliver world-class one-on-one stretching sessions.
Responsibilities:
Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions to clients of all ages and backgrounds
Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions
Build and retain StretchLab membership through exceptional customer service
Manage client care, update client notes, and book recurring appointments
Ensure client safety and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules
Attend monthly staff meetings and required educational presentations
Handle member concerns and assist with sales and events as needed
Requirements:
Prior certification/degree/license in a relevant field (Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, etc.)
Minimum 1-year experience in a fitness/health environment with hands-on client training
Passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility
Excellent communication and empathy skills
Professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to attendance policies
Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, including mornings, evenings, and Saturdays
