Executive Virtual Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated executive assistant to support a client who is an architect and landscape designer. He is known for his meticulous attention to detail and high standards. The executive assistant must have some knowledge of the construction industry and be exceptionally organized, professional, and proactive.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft... products, Calendly, Dropbox, projectmanager.com (or a similar program), file organization and be able to maintain a Gantt chart of the design schedule.
This is a 30-hour-per-week remote position. The candidate must be able to attend daily 6:30 AM ET meetings; the remainder of the day is flexible.

Responsibilities:
Communicate on behalf of the client.
Schedule and coordinate with key players.
Manage projects and keep projects on time.
Compile data and analytics.
Provide administrative support.
Qualifications:
Tech-savvy with solid proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Experience in the construction industry or related fields.
Desired Traits:
Adept at scheduling.
Ability to listen, address concerns, and ask questions when needed.
Experience in coordinating with international teams.
