Back To Openings Executive Training Coach Location: Alexandria, VA START YOUR APPLICATION Title: Executive Training Coach Location: Remote Salary: Commensurate with experience. Job Description: The Executive Training Coach provides individualized coaching to executives and managers to reinforce training outcomes and support leadership development. Key Responsibilities: Conduct intake assessments and identify development goals Deliver one-on-one coaching sessions (virtual or in-person) Provide tailored feedback and leadership guidance Support application of training concepts to real-world challenges Maintain confidentiality and adhere to federal guidelines Track progress and provide optional summary reports Educational Requirements: Bachelor�s degree in leadership, psychology, or related field (Master�s preferred) Certified coach (e.g., ICF or equivalent) preferred Experience Requirements: Experience coaching senior leaders or executives Strong interpersonal and communication skills About TSM, Inc.: TSM serves many customers in the Government and private sector.
