Job Description: Executive Trainers are responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions for both executive and mid-level programs using interactive and experiential methods. Key Responsibilities: Deliver training modules in virtual and in-person formats Facilitate workshops, role-playing exercises, and group discussions Engage participants through interactive learning techniques Adapt delivery to audience needs and learning styles Support capstone session facilitation Provide feedback on participant engagement and performance Educational Requirements: Bachelor�s degree in education, leadership, or related field Experience Requirements: 5+ years of experience delivering leadership training Experience facilitating executive-level or professional development programs Strong presentation and facilitation skills About TSM, Inc.: TSM serves many customers in the Government and private sector.
