Executive Search Manager

Lead National Executive Recruitment for the Public Sector CPS HR Consulting is seeking an experienced Executive Search Manager to lead and grow our national Executive Search practice. This is a high-visibility, revenue-impact leadership role where you will personally manage complex executive searches while leading a team of recruitment professionals serving public agencies nationwide. We specialize in organizational strategy, executive recruitment, classification and compensation, and leadership development. Our work strengthens public institutions, and the communities they serve. What You’ll Do • Lead and oversee the Executive Search business unit • Personally manage a national portfolio of executive-level searches • Supervise and develop a team of 6 full-time staff and approximately 7 consultants • Build trusted relationships with governing boards and executive leaders • Drive business planning, budgets, and revenue goals • Support business development and client presentations • Promote ethical, equitable, and best-practice executive recruitment Travel: Approximately 3 days per week nationwide, including overnight stays.
