Provide guidance and facilitate the negotiation process until its successful completion
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to EEO guidelines throughout the recruitment process
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5 years of executive search experience
Proven ability to partner with clients to assess their hiring needs
Strong skills in devising and executing targeted research strategies
Experience in negotiating and finalizing hiring agreements
Ability to maintain confidentiality in all recruitment activities
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience specifically recruiting sales executives or tech executives in the SaaS industry
A strong network within the technology sector that can be leveraged for candidate sourcing
