Theoria’s recruitment department is fast paced, and has a critical role in Theoria’s operations; as a result, we are looking for a talented Corporate Recruiter to facilitate Theoria’s recruitment efforts and effectively staff tough to fill roles.Shift StructureMondays-Fridays, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST (Night Shift PHT)Essential Functions & ResponsibilitiesContacting applicants for preliminary screening via phone, email, and other methodsScheduling candidate interviews and schedule coordination of hiring managersCoordinating overall corporate recruiting efforts and staffing needsRequirements and QualificationsMust have at least 2 years of solid experience in hiring for executive roles (Directors, VP’s, and C-suite levels)Experience in hiring for Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, and Physicians in the US is preferred but not requiredRemote recruitment experience with good background in interviewing and on-boarding candidatesExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenCan start asap (between tomorrow and Monday next week)Strong computer skills including experience with G Suite tools such as Google Docs, Sheets, and SlidesProficiency in using applicant tracking systemsPhysical RequirementsMust be punctual or on time and adhere to the company’s Time and Attendance policy.Must be able to remain sitting for the majority of their shift.Compensation and Benefits: Paid vacation and sick leaves13th-month payHMO offered upon regularizationOvertime availableEmployee must be able to perform the essential functions of this position satisfactorily, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
