Executive Personal Assistant to Business Coach

Overview The Executive Personal Assistant to the Business Coach will play a crucial role in supporting the development of virtual assistants and entrepreneurs launching their own virtual assistant businesses. This individual will assist in administrative tasks, training initiatives, and marketing activities, contributing to the overall success of the coaching program and related offerings, including courses and podcasts. Core Responsibilities Training and Support Assist in developing and delivering training programs for virtual assistants who are beginning their remote work journey. Provide consultations for individuals starting their virtual assistant businesses, helping them to identify their niche, create business plans, and establish standard operating procedures (SOPs). Course Development and Sales Help in the creation and promotion of online courses tailored to aspiring virtual assistants, including course logistics and marketing strategies. Support sales efforts by managing inquiries and follow-ups related to course registrations. Podcast Support Assist in organizing and scheduling podcast episodes, including booking guests and managing logistics. Help produce podcast content, including repurposing episodes for various platforms and coordinating promotional activities. Administrative Support Manage the Business Coach's calendar, scheduling appointments, and events to optimize time management. Handle communications via phone and email, ensuring professional and timely responses to clients and virtual assistants. Client Engagement and Relationship Management Build and maintain relationships with course participants, podcast guests, and clients, fostering a supportive community. Assist in arranging client appreciation gifts and other engagement strategies. General Administration Maintain organized records of training materials, client information, and course-related documentation. Provide support with routine administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations of the coaching practice. Skills & Qualifications Previous experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or in a similar support role, ideally within a coaching or training environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in client interaction and engagement. Familiarity with remote work dynamics and the virtual assistant industry.
