Key Responsibilities:

Recruit attorneys for positions with law firms and corporate legal departments
Conduct in-depth interviews with attorney candidates to assess marketability
Network with attorneys and legal professionals to build relationships and identify top talent
Extend offers of employment to attorney candidates and negotiate compensation packages
Assist all parties in making discreet and informed employment decisions

Ideal Candidate:

JD required, with experience practicing law and a desire to transition into a sales/recruiting role
Enthusiasm, personal motivation, and business acumen, with an entrepreneurial edge
Prior sales experience preferred, but not required (retail, client services)
Strong ties to the Illinois legal market preferred
