About the position The Executive Email Marketing Strategist at Logical Position is responsible for managing high ad spend client accounts, particularly in complex industries. This role involves developing and executing advanced email marketing strategies, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with various departments to enhance client satisfaction and drive measurable growth. The strategist will also provide education and support to account managers while staying current with industry trends to improve account performance. Responsibilities • Manage a book of high ad spend clients, handling challenging accounts in complex industries. , • Convert challenging leads from the Sales Department into Email Marketing clients. , • Analyze client needs and provide customized Email Marketing package recommendations. , • Identify and report on key performance indicators across several accounts and platforms. , • Develop advanced email marketing strategies and execute plans for multiple clients. , • Collaborate with relevant departments to analyze campaign performance and develop insights. , • Manage account escalations and work with leadership to address client concerns effectively. , • Proactively navigate unexpected challenges to achieve positive outcomes. , • Provide advanced education and support to Account Managers. , • Stay current with industry trends and best practices. Requirements • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. , • Extensive experience in email marketing strategy and account management. , • Proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns for mid-to-large scale organizations. , • Proficiency in leading email marketing platforms. , • Experience with email marketing campaign analysis using analytics tools including Google Analytics. , • Strong commitment to team dynamics and ability to follow leadership directives. , • Highly organized with excellent written communication skills. , • Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual.
