Develop and implement strategic plans for the managed care division in alignment with the overall goals and objectives of CVS Health.
Provide strong leadership and direction to the managed care team, ensuring high levels of motivation, engagement, and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and expansion in the managed care market.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including payers, providers, and internal business units.
Conduct market analysis and stay updated on industry trends to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and manage budgets for the managed care division, ensuring cost-effective and efficient operations.
Oversee the development and negotiation of contracts with payers and providers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for CVS Health.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track the success of the managed care division and make adjustments as needed.
Act as a liaison between the managed care division and other departments within CVS Health, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Stay updated on relevant regulations and compliance requirements related to managed care and ensure adherence to them.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the managed care division.
Represent CVS Health at industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's managed care capabilities.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance and progress of the managed care division.
Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
