Robert Morris University is hiring an Executive Director for the Collaborative Learning Institute (CLI). This senior management role entails leading the CLI's strategic partnerships, overseeing operations and budgets, expanding regional engagement, and driving revenue through workforce development, professional education, and collaborative innovation.

Highlights
• Lead and manage the Collaborative Learning Institute, including multiple departments and staff.
• Develop and deliver customized corporate training and professional development programs.
• Expand workforce development initiatives and secure external funding via grants and contracts.
• Foster strategic partnerships between corporate, nonprofit, government sectors, faculty, and students for innovation projects.
• Manage budgets, revenue targets, and operational oversight of the institute.
• Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and CRM systems is required.
• Master’s degree in business, education, leadership, or related field required.
• 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in continuing education, corporate learning, or university outreach settings.
• Experience with corporate training design, delivery, business development, and funding acquisition.
• Strong communication, negotiation skills, and knowledge of adult learning and workforce needs.
