Executive Counseling Coordinator – Remote

Remote Full-time
Position Description

The Executive Counseling Coordinator will provide essay support for the company Owner and Lead Counselors’ students (for both college and summer program applications), which requires exceptional interpersonal and writing skills. They need to be personable and engaging enough to make a wide variety of students comfortable to open up and discuss their hopes, dreams, and fears, but they also need the abilities to help students find their voices and highlight experiences and ambitions in unique and compelling ways. Especially during application season, this will require a high degree of flexibility, as the Executive Counseling Coordinator will need to adapt their schedule to accommodate client requests, ensuring timely support when it is most needed.

The Executive Counseling Coordinator will also assist Lead Counselors and the company Owner in tracking student progress, deadlines, and deliverables related to the college admissions process across the counseling department – contributing to research projects and administrative work, including but not limited to counseling platform audits of other counselors, tracking responses to staff requests, data compilation, professional development assistance, and webinars.
