Develop and implement strategic communication plans to enhance the company's reputation and promote business objectives.
Collaborate with executive team to understand their communication needs and goals, and provide guidance and support in crafting effective messages.
Create and oversee the production of communication materials, including press releases, speeches, presentations, and other written and visual content.
Manage all aspects of executive communication, including messaging, branding, and tone.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media contacts, industry experts, and internal and external partners.
Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitor communications to identify opportunities for improvement and differentiation.
Coordinate and manage executive speaking engagements, ensuring messaging consistency and effectiveness.
Serve as the main point of contact for all executive communication inquiries and requests.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding across all communication channels.
Develop and maintain crisis communication plans and protocols.
Oversee the development and execution of internal communication strategies to ensure employees are informed and engaged.
Use data and analytics to measure the impact and effectiveness of communication strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in executive communication to continuously improve and innovate our strategies.
Manage a team of communication professionals and provide mentorship and guidance to support their professional development.
