Skills β€’ Culinary Education: A degree in culinary arts is preferred β€’ Experience: 3-5 years of head chef or high-volume culinary management experience β€’ Certifications: ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety certification β€’ Strong knowledge of diverse culinary techniques and food pairing β€’ Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team β€’ Excellent communication skills with a willingness to suggest ideas and solutions β€’ Adaptability and a positive attitude, able to handle unexpected situations Responsibilities β€’ Lead and oversee all culinary operations, including design and implementation of dining services β€’ Address staff concerns with professionalism and ensure timely resolution β€’ Create and implement sales goals and incentive programs to drive revenue β€’ Design creative, Montana-inspired menus β€’ Develop strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) β€’ Collaborate with other teams and support culinary training programs β€’ Handle guest concerns professionally and maintain a positive guest experience β€’ Uphold safety and health standards β€’ Build partnerships with local and regional farms and vendors β€’ Oversee culinary programs to maintain cost efficiency and control inventory levels β€’ Conduct weekly and monthly inventory checks Qualifications β€’ A strong commitment to both your team and our guests β€’ Leadership skills to inspire and motivate a culinary team β€’ Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills Education Requirements β€’ Culinary Arts degree preferred Education Requirements Credential Category β€’ Degree in Culinary Arts or related field Experience Requirements β€’ 3-5 years of head chef or high-volume culinary management experience Why work in Browning, MT Browning, MT offers a stunning backdrop of natural beauty combined with the rich cultural heritage of the Blackfeet Nation.
