Job Title: Executive Chef-Remote Operations (Camp/Contract Site) Location: Saudi Arabia | Remote Operations (Camp/Contract Site) Contract: 1-Year (Renewable) Salary: SAR 17,000 + SAR 3,000 Monthly Allowance Working Conditions: 6 working days+1 day off Job Summary A leading operations and catering group in Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly experienced Executive Chef to oversee multi-site culinary operations within remote or high-volume facilities. The ideal candidate will lead culinary teams, implement standardized food production systems, and ensure consistent quality, hygiene, and cost-efficiency across all locations. Key Responsibilities • Oversee and coordinate daily culinary operations across multiple units • Lead menu planning, production strategy, and team training across all sites • Ensure compliance with HACCP standards and internal food safety policies • Control food cost, inventory, and waste in line with operational budgets • Coach, mentor, and structure kitchen brigades for high performance • Manage purchasing specifications, food requisitions, and kitchen logistics • Conduct operational audits and ensure compliance with company and client standards • Collaborate with site managers and F&B leadership for special events and functions Requirements • Minimum 10 years of culinary experience, with at least 3 years in a senior executive chef role • Background in high-volume, institutional, or remote site catering preferred • Fluent in English (written and spoken) - Third-party English certificate required • Proven experience in menu engineering, food cost control, and team leadership • Strong knowledge of hygiene systems (HACCP, FIFO, temperature logs) • Culinary degree or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution • Experience working in multicultural kitchen teams BenefitsBenefits Include: • Competitive salary package (SAR 17,000 + 3,000 allowance) • EUR 4,200 EUR+740 EUR • USD $4,520 USD+$800 USD • Full visa sponsorship, accommodation, meals, and transportation • Medical insurance and annual leave as per Saudi Labor Law • Contract-based stability with potential for renewal Apply Now Submit your application online.
