For instance, we are the first platform globally to simplify and offer investment-linked life and health insurance online, coupled with an instant talk-to-agent service.Job Overview:This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can seamlessly support the CEO in both professional and personal capacities, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across the organization.ResponsibilitiesEnsure the CEO's vision and business priorities are effectively communicated to the team. Facilitate business decision-making, strategic planning, leadership meetings, and broader communications.Oversee key projects and initiatives, ensuring that action items are followed up and completed.Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule meetings. Host internal meetings, taking comprehensive notes of discussions.Follow up on strategic team meetings and project progress. Drive stakeholder reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.Prepare memos and communications content for internal / external audiencesProvide support on various ad hoc and administrative tasks as needed.Shadow the CEO in meetings, gradually taking on tasks to improve efficiency when the CEO's time is limited.Gain a comprehensive understanding of daily activities within the company.
