Hulu's marketing team is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the VP of Social Media & Influencer Partnerships. This role involves a variety of administrative and supportive tasks in a fast-paced environment, requiring a proactive and organized individual who can manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Handle complex scheduling responsibilities with exceptional attention to detail.

ā¢ Support the full social department with various tasks including opening social handles and processing contracts.

ā¢ Make travel arrangements and prepare itineraries.
,
ā¢ Prepare and manage expense reports.
,
ā¢ Coordinate meetings by preparing agendas, securing and planning space, and facilitating content development.

ā¢ Attend meetings, take notes, and track action items.
Requirements
ā¢ 1+ years of administrative experience in entertainment.
,
ā¢ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
,
ā¢ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
,
ā¢ Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects.
,
ā¢ Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Google Docs.
Nice-to-haves
ā¢ 2+ years of administrative experience in entertainment.

ā¢ Historical knowledge of, and passion for, media, film, and television.

ā¢ Experience with entertainment industry professionals.
