About the position Hulu's marketing team is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the VP of Social Media & Influencer Partnerships. This role involves a variety of administrative and supportive tasks in a fast-paced environment, requiring a proactive and organized individual who can manage multiple responsibilities effectively. Responsibilities β’ Handle complex scheduling responsibilities with exceptional attention to detail. , β’ Support the full social department with various tasks including opening social handles and processing contracts. , β’ Make travel arrangements and prepare itineraries. , β’ Prepare and manage expense reports. , β’ Coordinate meetings by preparing agendas, securing and planning space, and facilitating content development. , β’ Attend meetings, take notes, and track action items. Requirements β’ 1+ years of administrative experience in entertainment. , β’ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. , β’ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. , β’ Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects. , β’ Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Google Docs. Nice-to-haves β’ 2+ years of administrative experience in entertainment. , β’ Historical knowledge of, and passion for, media, film, and television. , β’ Experience with entertainment industry professionals.
