Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an exceptionally bright, organized, and self-motivated Executive Assistant to join our Worldwide Public Sector Team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and prioritization skills, and the ability to handle multiple critical requests while meeting tight deadlines. Integrity, discretion, and professionalism are essential in dealing with confidential information and leaders, both within and outside Amazon.
Responsibilities:
 Manage complex calendars and schedules with diplomacy and discretion.
 Organize, prioritize, and handle time-sensitive, confidential information, ensuring timely action.
 Coordinate and execute team activities, including staff meetings, on-site/off-site events, and social gatherings.
 Arrange cost-effective air/hotel/ground transportation and create detailed travel itineraries for domestic and international trips.
 Collaborate with in-house travel agents and manage the international travel process.
 Submit expense reports promptly.
 Coordinate closely with Recruiting teams, Facilities team, HR team, and other Executive Assistants within Amazon.
 Track and drive the completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items, including meeting notes and action items.
Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
 3+ years of experience providing senior-level leadership support.
 High school diploma or equivalent.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and applications.
 Experience with executive-level calendar management.
Preferred Qualifications:
 Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company.
 Proficiency in managing multiple calendars.
 Experience with domestic or international travel coordination.
