As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our leadership team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Daily Responsibilities:
• Coordinate travel arrangements for executives
• Prepare and submit expense reports
• Manage international business correspondence
• Maintain executive calendars
• Perform general office duties
• Schedule appointments and meetings
• Assist with onboarding new employees
• Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
• Handle wellness program logistics
• Manage distribution and reimbursement processes
Required Skills:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong decision-making abilities
• Experience in military background a plus
• Proficiency in filing and organization
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
Nice to Have Skills:
• Experience in planning events
• Understanding of logistics management
Salary and Benefits:
• Minimum Salary: $47,370.00
• Maximum Salary: $72,870.00
