Role Responsibilities
 Provide high-level administrative support to executives, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
 Assist in the preparation and organization of documents, reports, and presentations for executive meetings.
 Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
 Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
 Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefing materials to facilitate decision-making processes.
 Proactively manage and prioritize tasks to optimize executive productivity and efficiency.
Skills and Experience:
 Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
 Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
 Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 Proficient in office software and communication tools.
 Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
 Resourceful problem-solver with the capacity to adapt to dynamic work environments.
