Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the CEO, President, Chief of Staff, and/or other assigned leadership staff.
Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
Arranges travel and accommodations for executives (Ramp - Tim, Travel - Tim + NAB + OPS).
Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes.
Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.
Maintains and reviews executive calendars daily and weekly for issues/overlaps, updating the meeting document and sending weekly emails and daily text reminders (Calendar Maintenance / Calendar Doc + Weekly Email).
Drafts emails and builds up to drafting communications for the leadership team (Email drafts).
Plans and coordinates All Hands meetings, including organizing food, games, and checking in on slide completion (All Hands Planning).
Follow up on all small projects, checking in on progress and ensuring accountability.
Performs additional duties as assigned by executives.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
