Owning the Chaos: You will serve as the central operational anchor across multiple business operations, proactively organizing executive communications, complex schedules, and critical workflows so nothing slips through the cracks.
Driving Project Momentum: You will accurately track milestones, manage technical documentation via Bluebeam and AutoCAD, and coordinate project updates to ensure timelines are strictly met.
Guarding Financial Accuracy: You will run essential spreadsheet data analysis, coordinate payroll support, and track expenses to keep the financial health of the businesses highly accurate and transparent.
Securing the Inner Circle: You will handle highly sensitive business, project, and financial data with ultimate discretion, acting as a trusted operational partner to executive leadership.

A Multi-Business Mastermind: You thrive in dynamic environments and can seamlessly pivot between administrative tasks, data reporting, and operational support for different company arms without losing focus.
A Process-Oriented Thinker: You possess sharp organizational skills and ideally bring a technical or engineering background that helps you easily grasp engineering documentation and project management software.
An Independent Problem Solver: You don't wait for instructions. You look ahead, anticipate scheduling conflicts, prepare daily operational summaries, and independently push tasks forward.
Tech-Savvy: You have strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (especially deep Excel knowledge, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint), Microsoft Project, and familiarity or basic competency with industry tools like Bluebeam and AutoCAD.
