Executive Assistant , Amazon Pharmacy Operations - Full-time / Part-time

Overview Amazon Pharmacy is seeking a resourceful and proactive individual with an established history of high performance who wants to work in a fast-paced organization. The Seattle-based role will support two Directors in our Amazon Pharmacy Operations team. Responsibilities The EA will be responsible for understanding business priorities, will react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and will proactively solve problems. Handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives and external stakeholders is a given. Key job responsibilities: • Manage multiple complex calendars • Plan and organize events of all sizes • Create a positive team environment • Coordinate domestic and international travel A day in the life 5 days a week in office Basic Qualifications • 5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience • High school or equivalent diploma • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications Preferred Qualifications • Experience leading process improvements • Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company • Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market.
