Executive Assistant to Founder

Far North Dallas Area | On-Site | High-Impact Role

This role is best suited for candidates who have supported high-net-worth individuals, private family offices, or entrepreneurial leaders within small to mid-sized organizations, where discretion, agility, and hands-on support are essential. Candidates whose experience is primarily within large corporate environments are not the ideal fit for this role. Additionally, our client values professionals who demonstrate long-term tenure with previous employers, reflecting stability, loyalty, and a commitment to building lasting professional relationships.

Compensation

  • $100K base (DOE)
  • Guaranteed bonus (15%)
  • Additional performance-based bonuses tied to closed deals
  • Strong earning potential

A well-established, privately held land development firm in the Far North Dallas area is seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to support its Founder.

This is an opportunity to serve as the true right hand to an entrepreneurial, deal-driven executive in a fast-paced, relationship-based environment. The company has a long-standing reputation in its market and operates with a lean, high-performing internal team.

This role blends executive and personal support and is best suited for someone who thrives in a direct, non-corporate, high-accountability culture.

The Opportunity

The Executive Assistant will act as the operational anchor for the Founder — keeping him organized, prioritized, and focused on closing deals.

It is a business partner position that requires structure, discretion, and resilience with strong executive professionalism, polish, and presence.

The right person will:

  • Keep the executive aligned with daily priorities
  • Drive structure in a fast-moving environment
  • Protect time and calendar integrity
  • Ensure follow-through across multiple active projects
  • Integrate into both the business and personal ecosystem

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Heavy calendar management and prioritization
  • Heavy inbox oversight (responding at executive direction)
  • Daily priority tracking and structured follow-up
  • CRM management
  • Meeting planning and coordination
  • Sitting in on meetings and tracking action items
  • Weekly project meeting participation
  • Call prioritization
  • Gatekeeping calendar and time with professionalism and authority

Personal Support

  • Coordinating family travel logistics (travel infrastructure in place)
  • Scheduling medical appointments
  • Managing select personal logistics
  • Occasional transportation support

The First 3–6 Months

The onboarding period will be immersive.

You will:

  • Sit in meetings
  • Visit project sites
  • Learn deal flow and business cycles
  • Build relationships with consultants and vendors
  • Study how the executive processes information and makes decisions

Context is critical to success in this role.

Culture & Environment

  • On-site role
  • Lean internal team
  • Entrepreneurial environment
  • Direct communication style
  • Fast-paced and deal-oriented

The Founder is transparent, decisive, and extremely busy. He values loyalty, trustworthiness, and results.

Work Schedule

  • Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Fridays: Half-day
  • On-site presence required

Schedule mirroring for meetings or site visits may be required.

Benefits:

  • Medical benefits reimbursed at 100%

Requirements

  • Notary required (or ability to obtain)
  • Ability to pass background and credit check
  • 8+ years c-suite or HNWI executive support
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • High level of discretion and integrity
  • Demonstrated tenure in previous roles

Who Will Thrive Here

This role is ideal for an experienced Executive Assistant who:

  • Wants to operate as a true right hand
  • Takes ownership without waiting for instruction
  • Can hold boundaries around calendar control
  • Understands how to manage up
  • Is loyal and long-term minded
  • Wants to build a long-term partnership

If you are a structured, proactive Executive Assistant who thrives in high-accountability environments and wants to make a tangible impact, we would love to connect.
