Executive Assistant
Description THE OPPORTUNITY The LPGA’s Executive Assistant (EA) provides high-level administrative and operational support to two senior executives, with potential to expand support to a third, depending on organizational needs. This role is critical to enabling fast-moving, highly visible business functions to operate efficiently and strategically. The EA serves as a trusted partner, organizational steward, and proactive problem-solver—streamlining operations, optimizing executive bandwidth, enhancing cross-functional communication, and ensuring timely follow-through on priorities. WHAT YOU’LL DO Executive Support Manage complex calendars, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and protecting executive time. Coordinate meetings, briefings, agendas, and preparation materials. Handle travel planning, itineraries, logistics, and expense reports. Maintain strict confidentiality and serve as a gatekeeper for internal and external communications. Draft and prepare correspondence, presentations, proposals, and internal documentation. Cross-Functional Coordination Serve as a liaison across internal teams to ensure alignment on timelines, deliverables, and priorities. Track project milestones, follow up on action items, and support cross-departmental initiatives. Assist in the organization of materials, reports, and information needed for executive and departmental purposes. Operational Excellence Maintain organized digital files, resources, schedules, and departmental documents. Coordinate logistics for department meetings, including accommodation, equipment, meals, and scheduling. Participate in special projects or assignments as requested by executive leadership. If applicable based on final location decision: Participate in office rotation to support reception coverage. WHO YOU ARE Minimum of 5 years of administrative or executive support experience. Strong ability to manage high-volume scheduling, logistics, and priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel). Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism, tact, and discretion. Self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Flexibility to support multiple executives with evolving needs. Other Requirements Must be able to manage highly confidential information. Must be adaptable to changing priorities and business demands.
