Executive Admin
Waste Connections is looking for an Executive Admin to join our team at our corporate office in The Woodlands, TX!

What this job entails:
• Manage executives' calendars and set up meetings
• Make travel and accommodation arrangements
• Coordinating community activity and volunteering events
• Plan large events with attention to financial and time constraints, as well as manage all event operations (booking, vendor relations, administrative tasks)
• Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
• Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
• Format information for internal and external communication - memos, emails, presentations, reports
• Approaching all encounters with employees, customers and vendors in a friendly, service-oriented manner
• Other duties assigned as needed
What this job requires:
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• 4 years-experience in administrative role reporting directly to upper management
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically Excel, Cvent or any other event management software's, as well as and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
• Ability to work well and collaborate within team of other corporate staff members in planning events, or other duties
• Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge
• Discretion and confidentiality
• Travel up to 10% within the US
