(EXCLUSIVE) CORPORATE COUNSEL WANTED FOR FLOURISHING INTERNATIONAL COMPANY – SUPPLY CHAIN EXPERIENCED REQUIRED (Alpharetta, GA)
Our client, a well-established European based technology and manufacturing company, is seeking to hire a Corporate Counsel to support their supply chain function for all business units in North America. The ideal attorney candidate will have 4+ years of experience in commercial contract drafting and negotiation, preferably with a focus on supply chain. Primary responsibilities include advising on legal issues related to subcontracts and supply contracts, project procurement, non-disclosure agreements, transportation agreements, warehousing agreements, and consulting agreements.
The ability to work as part of a multi-office, global team is essential, along with a strong business acumen and aptitude to excel in a fast-paced organization is essential.
