Events Marketing Associate
Hinge Health is transforming access to musculoskeletal care and is seeking an Events Marketing Associate to plan and execute over 50 events annually. The role involves managing event logistics, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the growth of the marketing pipeline. Responsibilities Planning, executing, and promoting 50+ external conferences and Hinge Health-owned events annually Supporting logistics for 10-15 events Building relationships with key internal stakeholders Becoming fluent in event tech stack Independently managing event logistics from start to finish for smaller conferences Coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver marketing materials and promotional content Taking ownership of budget tracking and vendor management for assigned events Traveling to 3-5 conferences to support booth setup and attendee engagement Analyzing event performance metrics to inform future strategies Identifying process improvements and efficiencies Contributing insights from competitive analysis and industry trends Supporting the team in achieving pipeline growth targets Taking initiative on projects and becoming a go-to resource for event best practices Skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or related field 1-2 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, project management, or related role Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and project management tools Willingness to travel for events (approximately 10-15% travel) Experience with B2B marketing or events in healthcare, health tech, or SaaS industries Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Pardot, 6sense) Experience with event management software or registration platforms (Bizzabo, Cvent, Sendoso) Background in digital marketing or content creation Knowledge of the musculoskeletal (MSK) healthcare space Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Help with gender-affirming care Tools for family and fertility planning Travel reimbursements if healthcare isn’t available where you live Traditional or Roth 401k retirement plan options which include a 2% company match Modern life stipends Company Overview Hinge Health is a digital clinic for joint, and muscle care, pelvic pain, bowel, and bladder control.
