This hybrid role bridges strategy and logistics—translating input from senior team members into actionable event plans and delivering tactical coordination across multiple stakeholders.The Event Manager partners with internal teams and vendors to ensure high-quality delivery of events that align to campaign objectives and customer experience standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage logistics and onsite execution for regional and national eventsAct on strategic direction provided by senior team members to develop execution plansMaintain master schedules, project checklists, and documentation in WorkfrontManage pre and post-show lead capture steps to ensure timely data routing and campaign readinessCoordinate cross-functional input with internal stakeholders and agenciesCollaborate with Event Coordinators to ensure on-time delivery of logistics and assetsAssist with post-event debriefs and performance reportingTravel 1–2 times per month for event execution Required Skills & Experience: 4–6 years of experience in corporate event planning and executionFamiliarity with event platforms and tools such as Cvent, iCapture, Jifflenow, and WorkfrontStrong organizational, communication, and project management skillsAbility to manage multiple timelines and workstreams in a fast-paced environmentExperience coordinating with internal teams and external vendorsPost-secondary education and/or equivalent experienceTravel required 1–2 times per month AtPointClickCare, base salary is one of the many components that make up our total rewards package.The Canada base salary rangefor this position is $72,000 - $78,000 + bonus + benefits,non-overtime eligible. Our salary ranges are determined byjob and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills and knowledge, relevant experienceincluding professional and lived experience, and/or work location.
