MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in IT, related field, or equivalent experience.

The client is looking for a person who has 5 years of experience as a Events and Promotions Coordinator.
Complete Description:
Responsibilities:
Duties:
ā¢ Prepare prize wheel inserts and activation materials.
ā¢ Draft and post website promotional event descriptions.
ā¢ Receive, prepare, and mount promotional signage.
ā¢ Prepare and distribute event kits and promotional materials.
ā¢ Maintain and reconcile inventory within the InFlow inventory system.
ā¢ Conduct physical inventory counts and report discrepancies.
ā¢ Label, organize, and photograph inventory storage.
ā¢ Return and secure unused inventory.
This is a full-time contractor position requiring five (5) days per week
ā¢ On-Site (minimum 3 days per week): Inventory counts, warehouse organization, event kit preparation, and material handling.
ā¢ Remote (up to 2 days per week): Website postings, system data entry, and administrative documentation.
Skills:
ā¢ Experience in administrative support, warehouse operations, event logistics, or related field. Required 2 Years
ā¢ Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. Required
ā¢ Strong written communication skills. Required
ā¢ High school diploma or equivalent. Required
Flexible work from home options available.
Compensation: $27.00 - $31.00 per hour
